Jewelry Care

• Avoid knocking, dropping or bending your piece.

• Keep your piece away from sunlight and heat.

• Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom or in a humid space.

• Do not sleep or exercise while wearing your piece.

• Do not use silver dip on it, you can safely polish it with a polishing cloth.

• You should always remove your jewelry before any activity in which it could come in contact with water or strong chemicals (lotions, hand wash, hand sanitizer etc).

Maintenance, Repairs and Resizes

Your jewelry was carefully made with the highest quality precious materials, but sometimes some maintenance is needed, you can change your size, etc. feel free to contact me by email so we can work it out.

If your piece, for whatever reason, is damaged please contact me and send me pictures of it while describing in detail what happened.

I usually can do all the repairs and maintenance in my studio but in some cases I might have to outsource tools and/or services, the timeline will be influenced by this.
