Jewelry Care
Please keep in mind that your jewelry is suited for daily use and will last you a long time as long as you take good care of it;
• Avoid knocking, dropping or bending your piece.
• Keep your piece away from sunlight and heat.
• Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom or in a humid space.
• Do not sleep wearing your piece.
• Do not use silver dip on it, you can safely polish it with a polishing cloth.
• You should always remove your jewelry before any activity in which it could come in contact with water or strong chemicals (lotions, hand wash, hand sanitizer etc).
Wire wrapped pieces have to be used mindfully to avoid bending or breaking.
They are sturdy but they are handmade with natural elements and techniques that are more delicate than store bought jewelry.
Sterling Silver pieces should also be used mindfully to avoid any scratches or bending, even if they are less susceptible to damage than copper or brass.
Strands need to be used mindfully to avoid snagging, bending or breaking.
They are created with a special threading wire that contains 49 strings of stainless steel and a nylon coating, to prevent snagging and make it very durable. Keep in mind that your strand might get stretched if it snags onto something, it is also important to avoid bending the strand so you don’t cause weak points in the beading wire.
