All sales are final but please contact me if you have any problems with your order to see what I can do about it and how to help you.
Returns and exchange details
All the sales are final and I don’t do exchanges nor refunds, since I’m a small artist I make the pieces specially for you and have to source all the materials for your order after being placed.
If your order arrives damaged you have to provide your post office detailed pictures as soon as you open the package, otherwise you’ll not be able to file a claim with them.
On the unlikely event of a lost package, you need to open a claim with your post office, since I ship with tracked shipping this shouldn’t be a problem.
I cannot be held accountable for the post offices mistakes in handling/losing packages.
In any case, be assured this has never happened before since I ship everything with tracked and insured shipping.
Shipping policies and prices
I ship all of my pieces with tracked shipping, meaning you will have a tracking number for your package, this shipping method will usually require a signature upon delivery.
I will ship all packages at least once a week but your order might be sent the following week.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing/shipping on ready to ship items. Pre orders might have a turnaround from 4 to 6 weeks.
Domestic tracked shipping (Portugal) is free.
It usually takes between 1 to 3 days to arrive to its destination.
International shipping is free.
For orders in Europe it takes about 5-10 days for the package to arrive.
For international orders it might take around 15-30 days without including the customs’ processing time, please don’t forget that you might have to pay customs' and import fees.
